A Life Coach helps you know yourself on a deeper level. Having experienced trauma myself, I know how it can affect every part of your life. As a life coach, I will not ask you to re-live your traumas. We will rather look at the impact past events have had on your personality. We will see what challenges have been created and make a roadmap to overcome them. Often people only look at the negative side of trauma, but on the positive side trauma can make a person reslilent, persistant, innovative. There is a way to turn pain into motivation. As a Life Coach I will help you overcome hurdles like indecision, procrastination, fear of failure, lack of confidence. You will discover your true hidden potential, and learn to thrive.
