What makes Holistic Journey different. We offer Life Coaching and Reiki classes?

• My name is Antonio Wright. I am a certified Life Coach, and I am a Reiki Master in the Usui Reki tradition. While studying martial arts, I learned Qi Gong and later in 2001 took my first Reiki class. Reiki changed my entire life. It can change your life as well. What motivates me to teach Reiki? I want others to have the opportunity to be happy, healthy and live a peaceful balanced life. The light of Reiki can transform a person physically, mentally and emotionally. Some experience a rapid transformation and relief after years of holding onto negative energy that no longer serves them. With Reiki you can feel the connection to the universal energy flow and are united with everything around you.

• If you feel like your life is stagnant, and your trapped in a cycle of patterns that are not letting you reach your full potential or lead a happy life, then life coaching sessions may be for you. In life coaching we explore what is really important to you. We look at what motivates you and also, what is holding you back. You will learn to overcome common hurdles like fear of failure, and indecisiveness.  You will become more confident and be able to improve your relationships on a deeper level. Weather your goals are financial, physical, spiritual, relational, I can help you achieve your goals and be the person you truly desire to be.
• More than reiki, the training sessions offer a unique perspective on energy flow and how it can improve your life. Most Reiki classes emphasize the physical aspect of Reiki, teaching you the hand movements and symbols. My classes teach this but delve deeper into the emotional benefits of Reiki and how it can provide relief for a range of emotional baggage. This can help you get out of the repetitive behaviors of abuse, low self-esteem, fear, and manipulation. Discover the root causes of lifelong issues and clear the blockages and patterns that entrap you.
